🏆 BARON CUP – OFFICIAL RULES

These rules apply to all Baron Cup LoL events. Please read carefully before competing.

1️⃣ Format

• Matches are played on EUNE servers
• Tournament format: Single Elimination
• Match format: Bo1 (early rounds), Bo3 (Final)

2️⃣ Lobby Setup

• Custom lobbies will be created by staff
• Draft Mode: Tournament Draft
• Side selection will be determined by seeding

3️⃣ Player Requirements

• All players must use their registered Summoner Name
• Substitutes must be approved by staff before matches
• Teams must be ready 15 minutes before their scheduled start time

4️⃣ Match Conduct

• Pauses: Allowed for technical issues (maximum 10 minutes) – notify staff immediately
• Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game continues unless staff decides otherwise
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, including excessive toxicity, intentional feeding, or griefing, may result in penalties or disqualification

5️⃣ Fair Play & Integrity

• The use of scripts, hacks, exploits, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Any confirmed use will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to a permanent ban from future events
• Attempts to manipulate results, match-fix, or exploit game bugs will also result in disciplinary action
• Tournament staff reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action

6️⃣ Results

• Team captains must report match results with a screenshot
• Staff will verify and update the official bracket on both platforms

7️⃣ Disputes

• Any issues must be reported in the designated Discord channel within 10 minutes after match end
• Tournament staff will review all disputes — all staff decisions are final

8️⃣ Regional Eligibility

• The Baron Cup is focused on the Bulgarian League of Legends community
• The team captain must be Bulgarian
• Teams may include non-Bulgarian “import” players in their active lineup
• If substitutes are registered, at least one (1) substitute must also be Bulgarian
• Any fully international teams must be approved by tournament staff beforehand
• This rule ensures fair competition and maintains the event’s Bulgarian community focus
• Teams that fail to meet these requirements will be consulted and asked to adjust their roster before the tournament begins
